• Through formal engagement with you in person whilst providing a professional service
• Our website, through completing online forms
• During telephone calls
• Social media platforms
• Website visits e.g. Technical information including Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the internet, browser type, time zone settings, operating system used. Please note NO data is shared with any third parties.
How we use your Personal Data
• For the legitimate interest in conducting and delivering of our Veterinary Services
• To maintain your horse(s) medical records
• To send Appointment, Vaccination and Dental reminders
• To process payments and any other financial transactions
• For the delivery of Marketing, where we have your consent (See our Terms and Conditions)
How long do we retain your Personal Data
• We will only hold onto your information for as long as we have a legitimate business need
• Once there is no longer a legitimate business need, your Personal Data will be securely destroyed or anonymised where destruction is not technically possible.
